In this photo there is a high angle used, i believe it's used so you can see this person has died for some reason. I believe the high angle is suppose to give an affect as if you are standing over this persons body.

This is definitely a close up shot, I believe the close up shot is used to show the cut mark on the forearm

It's very dark, the most light is shown on the persons arm, it's dark, and shadowy every where else. i think this sets the tone for the picture, very dark and depressing.

Overall I think this photo is of a dead person, and for some reason this person has cut marks on their arm,and judging by the title, it could have something to do with needles or razors. It's a dark, and sad picture.

This picture shows a body under covers in a dark room. The sheet covers the head, concealing the identity of the victim. The only part of his/her body that can be seen it an arm that is lying lifelessly outside the sheet.
The high camera angle gives the viewer a perspective where they are standing over the body, like they are surveying the scene.
It is a close shot that focuses mainly in the arm and the lump under the sheet, which is most likely a head. it forces the viewer to focus on the cut arm and suggests that it is the cause of the victim's death.
The dark room gives the impression of it being late at night, which sets a dark and grim mood for the scene. The moonlight streaming from the window enhances the importance of the arm and the cut.
This is a gruesome scene of a dead body hidden by a sheet. It gives a depressing feeling by focusing on death, maybe murder.

Very CSI. The high angle showing us how small the person under the sheet is, the darkness of the room. It all reeks of death... Now if only you had a bright red pool of blood, it WOULD be in CSI. Though it's still a bit dark.
